Shipping and returns ....
Firstly, thank you for any orders you have made with "The Glass Greenhouse" I hope that your order has gotten to you safe. Please understand each item is handmade and I try to give as many pictures/ information to show the item transparently. Glass isn't the easiest thing to photo at times.
Returns
With commissions I do not accept returns unless there is damage when delivery is made, for bigger items I do prefer collections but postage is always an option. When ordering a custom piece of work I will send pictures and regular updates of the process to ensure you are happy and confirm prices.
Please note I also do not take returns on made to order items or on sale/ discounted items also.
For anything listed on my website at full price I offer a 14 day return policy, with an email from you stating the return and a reason why. The items must be returned with no alterations or damages. Customers will be responsible for the cost of postage back, unless the item delivered came damaged or there was an error on my end.
Refunds will be processed within 5 - 10 business days of an item being returned on approval
If your item has arrived damaged please contact me as soon as possible and we can arrange a replacement or for me to get it fixed, as these are all handmade from start to finish things can often be repaired easily.
